It was a pleasure getting to work alongside the iconic Dolce Vita to market and secure a buyer even in the midst of a pandemic and a very volatile market. HEB has expanded to the Washington Corridor at the beginning of Heights Blvd, in its first store within a Mixed-Use Development containing retail, office and residential. Come grab coffee with us there as it is so close to our Global Headquarters. The developer, Midway, named the project Buffalo Heights…. Something about that name just has a nice ring to it!
